改革开放以来,经济欠发达地区的大量劳务人员涌向经济较发达地区。这些人员的大量涌入,一方面缓解了当地劳动力的严重不足,为当地的经济发展发挥了一定的作用;另一方面也给当地的社会治安带来了较大的压力,各地都在探索对流动人口管理的新方法、新模式。浙江省诸暨市店口镇派出所在市、镇政府及市公安局的领导下,摸索出一条管理流动人口的新路子,进行了初步的尝试,取得了一定成效。
Since the reform and opening up, a large number of laborers in economically underdeveloped areas have flocked to more economically developed areas. The massive influx of these personnel, on the one hand, has alleviated the serious shortage of local labor force and played a certain role in the economic development of the area; on the other hand, it has also brought a lot of pressure on local public order and all localities are exploring New methods and new models of floating population management. Under the leadership of the municipal government, the municipal government and the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Diankou Town police station in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, worked out a new way of managing the floating population and conducted preliminary attempts with some success.
