注汽锅炉是油田稠油开采的主要设备,在稠油开采中发挥了举足轻重的作用。一旦注汽锅炉炉管出现腐蚀穿孔或爆管将被迫停炉,直接影响原油生产。从腐蚀理论和影响因素分析表明,炉管腐蚀来自于氢腐蚀、氧腐蚀、汽水腐蚀、气蚀等腐蚀。通过分析,了解注汽锅炉炉管腐蚀的原因,并制定相应的预防措施,对注汽锅炉的正确使用,延长锅炉使用寿命起到一定的指导作用。
Steam injection boiler is the main equipment for heavy oil recovery in the oilfield and plays an important role in heavy oil recovery. Once the injection boiler tube corrosion perforation or squib will be forced to shutdown, a direct impact on crude oil production. From the corrosion theory and analysis of influencing factors, it shows that the corrosion of the furnace tube comes from the hydrogen corrosion, the oxygen corrosion, the soda, the cavitation and other corrosion. Through the analysis, we can know the reason of the corrosion of the boiler tube of the steam injection boiler and make the corresponding precautionary measures, which play a guiding role in the correct use of the steam injection boiler and prolonging the service life of the boiler.
