目的:通过本课题研究,探索我区医疗纠纷、事故防范的有效机制与手段,降低医疗事故的发生,确保医疗安全。方法:以2004年8月课题立项研究为时间界限,设对照组与干预组,对照组:取自2002年9月—2004年8月间所引发医疗纠纷、事故的主要原因作研究对比材料;干预组:取自2004年9月—2006年8月间的相关材料,二组资料作回顾性对比分析。结果:通过法制宣传、业务培训、专题研讨、学术交流、案例分析、加强督查等一系列干预措施。医疗投诉、受理鉴定、事故的发生率分别下降10.0%、44.5%、15.4%;医疗总体质量提高5.1%、社会满意度得到进一步提高。结论:提高医务人员的业务素质、强化防范意识、规范操作流程、改善服务态度是降低医疗纠纷、事故的关键所在。
OBJECTIVE: Through this research, we explore effective mechanisms and means of medical dispute and accident prevention in our district to reduce the occurrence of medical accidents and ensure medical safety. Methods: Taking the project research of August, 2004 as the time boundary, the control group and the intervention group and the control group were taken as the comparative materials for the study. The main causes of the medical disputes and accidents were from September 2002 to August 2004. Intervention group: from September 2004 -2006 in August between the relevant materials, two sets of data for retrospective comparative analysis. Results: Through a series of interventions such as legal publicity, business training, seminars, academic exchanges, case studies and stepping up inspection. The incidences of medical complaints, admissions and accreditation, and accidents decreased by 10.0%, 44.5% and 15.4% respectively. The overall quality of medical care increased by 5.1% and social satisfaction was further improved. Conclusion: It is the key to reduce medical disputes and accidents to improve the professional quality of medical personnel, strengthen prevention awareness, standardize operational procedures and improve service attitude.
