党中央和国务院高度重视灾后重建工作,要求把灾后重建工作摆在更突出的位置。为此,本刊特别刊出中国标准化研究院国家标准馆收集整理的与地震相关的国内外标准和技术法规目录,包括中国国家标准和地震、地质、建设、石油、石化等中国行业标准;ISO、IEC国际标准和欧盟区域标准;美国、英国、德国、法国和日本的国家标准;美国联邦法规CFR;美国联邦紧急救援署,美国公路与运输员工协会、美国核协会、美国声协会、美国国际建筑规范委员会、美国混凝土学会、美国土木工程师协会、美国试验与材料学会、美国电气电子工程师学会等美国专业学协会标准以及美国陆军、美军统一设备标准、美国海军等军用标准。以实际行动全力支援灾区重建。
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to post-disaster reconstruction and demand that post-disaster reconstruction be placed in a more prominent position. To this end, we issue a special catalog of national and international standards and technical regulations related to earthquakes collected and compiled by the National Institute of Standardization of China National Institute of Standardization, including Chinese national standards and Chinese industry standards for earthquake, geology, construction, petroleum and petrochemicals; ISO , IEC international standards and EU regional standards; national standards of USA, UK, Germany, France and Japan; CFR of the United States; CFA, American Concrete Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society for Testing and Materials, American Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and other American Association of Professional Standards as well as the US Army, the US uniform equipment standards, the US Navy and other military standards. Take practical actions to fully support disaster reconstruction.
