本文针对推进新课程改革所面临的一些普遍问题,分析并阐述了坚持深化课程改革的新观念,提出了如何充分发挥学校已有的优势与特色,加速建设与培养适应新课程改革的师资队伍,不断促进教师素质的提高,尽快建立与学校优势和特色相结合的与时俱进的基础教育课程体系的一些看法。
This paper analyzes and expounds the new concepts of insisting on deepening the curriculum reform and puts forward some suggestions on how to give full play to the existing strengths and characteristics of the school and accelerate the construction and training of teachers who adapt to the new curriculum reform. Continue to promote the improvement of the quality of teachers, and establish as soon as possible with the advantages and characteristics of the school with the advance of the basic education curriculum system some of the views.
