根据住建部统计,截止9月底,北京全年13.6万套保障房已经全部开工,预计11月底,将有4.6万套保障房竣工。而与此同时,保障房的质量隐忧也浮出水面。4.6万套保障房11月底竣工今年年初,北京市明确提出保障性住房建设用地占全市住宅供地的50%以上,新开工建设和收购保障性住房占全市新开工住宅套数50%以上的工作目标。
