In order to verify the safety or application of the safety standard that GJB2-82 conventional firearms launch or explode on the human body, six groups of guinea pigs were respectively exposed to submachine gun firing conditions with different numbers of hair and sound intensity, but the noise level All around the safety standard value (-2 ~ 1dB). The guinea pig cortical evoked potential threshold and cochlear hair cell damage rate under light microscope were used as indexes to observe the degree and regularity of damage. The results showed that at 48h after exposure, the average threshold of each group of animals shifted 3 ~ 22dB, the total average threshold shift 16.9dB. Threshold shift ≥ 15dB The incidence of ear number of each group was 10% to 100%, the overall incidence was 54.6%. Cochlear hair cell damage rate in each group was 3.56% ~ 29.27%, the overall injury rate was 14.63%. The above results show that, except for individual groups, each group of animals have obvious hearing impairment. It can be considered GJB2-82 standard is not safe enough or not suitable for submarine gun firearms shooting conditions.
