显像管是电视机最重要的组成部分。显像管的锥体壁上附有外石墨导电层,它与第二阳极高压相接的显像管内壁导电层之间形成一个约几百微微法的电容,为第二阳极高压进行整流滤波。外石墨层常会因为修理、擦拭(有人误认为是长期静电吸层所致将其刮掉)而导致石墨层的面积减少或部分脱落。其危害是:电容量减少,破坏或降低滤波效果。严重时还会使光栅变得暗淡,直接影响收看效果。修复的方法是,①将电机碳刷或B号高的铅笔芯(绘图铅笔芯)直接向石墨层脱落处磨擦,使其附着于显像管上。②如能将碳刷或铅笔芯研磨成粉与松香溶液混合后进行涂刷,效果会更好。③用排笔蘸较浓的碳素墨水涂刷修补,也能达到同样的作用。
