针对多位人员利用人因分析和分类系统(HFACS)分析同一份煤矿安全事故报告,得出人因分析结果不同的问题,基于群决策理论建立了煤矿安全事故人因分析结果的集结方法。在独立分析与集体讨论样本事故报告的基础上,根据两者的差异程度确定分析人员权重,对比独立分析结果加权求和后及群体讨论结果,将使二者一致性程度最高的点确定为阈值。同样,采用该方法分析一份新的事故报告,从而确定此份事故报告的各人因因素群体一致性分析结果,并通过实例验证方法的有效性。结果表明,利用建立的群决策相关方法能使煤矿安全事故人因分析过程更为简便。
According to the analysis of the same coal mine safety accident report by human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS), a number of people come to different problems of human analysis results. Based on the group decision theory, the method of assembling the human factors analysis results of coal mine accidents is established. Based on the independent analysis and collective discussion sample accident reports, the weight of analysts is determined according to the degree of difference between the two. After comparing the results of independent analysis with the results of group discussion, the highest degree of consistency between the two is determined as the threshold . Similarly, this method is used to analyze a new incident report so as to determine the consistency of each person in the incident report and verify the effectiveness of the method through examples. The results show that using the established group decision-making method can make the coal mine accident accidents easier.
