目的衰减效应是影响肺部诊断图像的一个重要因素。基于正电子发射计算机断层摄影术/X线计算机体层摄影术(PET/CT),研究衰减校正对于基于PET/CT门控数据呼吸运动的影响。方法使用仿真PET/CT成像的软件GATE(Geant4 Application Tomographic Emission)和像素体模仿真软件NCAT(NURBS cardiac-torso),模拟肺部在PET/CT扫描过程中的运动。然后,利用得到的GATE仿真数据进行门控处理并进行衰减校正。结果经过衰减校正后的门控图像能够进一步有效地减少呼吸运动对PET/CT成像的影响,其图像质量好于未经过衰减校正的门控图像质量,图像的清晰度和准确度得到提高。结论通过利用在GATE仿真平台上进行NCAT像素体模的仿真研究,验证了基于PET/CT门控数据的呼吸运动衰减校正的图像相比于运动模糊的图像和仅仅经过门控校正后的图像,可以进一步提高图像的清晰度和准确度。
The purpose of decay effect is an important factor affecting the diagnostic image of the lungs. Based on positron emission tomography / X-ray computed tomography (PET / CT), the effect of attenuation correction on respiratory motion based on gated PET / CT data was studied. Methods The simulated PET / CT imaging software GATE (Geant4 Application Tomographic Emission) and NCAT (NURBS cardiac-torso) were used to simulate lung movement during PET / CT scan. Then, the GATE simulation data is used for gating and attenuation correction. Results The attenuation-corrected gated images can further reduce the effect of respiratory motion on PET / CT imaging. The image quality is better than the gated images without attenuation correction, and the sharpness and accuracy of the images are improved. Conclusion By using the simulation of NCAT pixel phantom on the GATE simulation platform, it is verified that the images of respiratory motion attenuation correction based on PET / CT gated data compared with the motion blurred images and the gated images, You can further improve the clarity and accuracy of the image.
