氦液化器和制冷机日本从国外进口的第一台氦液化器于1952年安装在东北大学,这是一台ADL柯林斯液化器。在K. Oshima领导下,并得到日本氧气公司的支持,在东京大学成功地制造了日本第一台氦液化器。它是一台级联式液化器,于1954年生产液氦。这项工作的成功,拉开了日本固体物理学及其应用领域大发展的帷幕。为了适应研究工作迅速发展的需要,相继从国外进口了许多氦液化器,它们不但用于高等学府的基础研究工作,也用于工业部门。在这段时期里,日本一些公司也相继制成了大约五十台柯林斯型氦液化器。
Helium liquefier and refrigerator Japan’s first imported helium liquefier was installed at Northeastern University in 1952 as an ADL Collins liquefier. Under the leadership of K. Oshima and with the support of Japan’s Oxygen Company, Japan’s first helium liquefier was successfully manufactured at the University of Tokyo. It is a cascade liquefier that produced liquid helium in 1954. The success of this work opened the curtain on the great development of solid state physics and its applications in Japan. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of research work, many helium liquefiers have been imported from abroad successively. They are not only used in the basic research of institutions of higher learning but also used in the industrial sector. During this period, some Japanese companies also successively produced about 50 Collins-type helium liquefiers.
