中国油画并非中国人用油画材料画中国画。油画与国画因其材质之别,表现语言自不相同,本各有所长,何苦以己短攻人之长。中国油画并非中国人画西洋油画,以中国人之思维方式、认知方式画油画,其乐无穷,其果出人意料,若有千万之中国油画家以自己之个性,画出无穷无尽、百花齐放之中国油画,岂不令人欢欣鼓舞?画者,既不可刻意与人同,亦不可刻意与人异。未来之象不可预先设计,唯切实表达真情耳,以理而行,顺乎自然,画必成矣。其果有与人同、与人异处,皆非画者本意,无可厚非也。
