(一)该决定第一项规定:“1958年1月1日以后转业的干部,其薪金待遇均按如下原则处理……。”上述时间的计算,应以军队向地方介绍之日为。即凡1958年1月1日以后由部队介绍至地方的转业干部适用上述规定;1957年12月31日以前离队的转业干部仍按过去规定执行。(二)第一项又规定:“他们的薪金,从本决定发布之日起,按决定规定的标准发给,过去几个月少领的不再补发。”该决定系9月24日通过发布
(1) The first regulation of this decision states: “The cadres who are reemployed after January 1, 1958 shall be subject to the following principles:.” The calculation of the above-mentioned time shall be made on the day when the military briefs the local authorities . That is, all the demobilized cadres who were introduced by the troops from the army to the local after January 1, 1958 shall apply the above provisions; the demobilized cadres who left the army before December 31, 1957 will still be subject to the provisions of the past.
