目的 探讨鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫功能状态及其与T细胞亚群、EBV血清学检测、临床分期之间的关系 .方法 采用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群功能变化 ,免疫酶法检测鼻咽癌患者VCA -IgA与EA -IgA变化 ,红细胞C3b受体花环 (C3bRR)及免疫复合物花环 (ICR)、直向肿瘤红细胞花环法 (DTER)检测红细胞免疫粘附功能 .结果 ①鼻咽癌组、肺癌组与健康对照组相比 ,红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能指标明显降低 (p <0 .0 1) ;②与肺癌组相比 ,鼻咽癌组DTER与CD4 明显下降 ,ICR明显升高 (p<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1) ;③鼻咽癌组EB病毒血清学检测结果高、低滴度之间未存在明显红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能变化 (p>0 .0 5 ) ;④鼻咽癌组Ⅱ与Ⅳ期、Ⅲ与Ⅳ期之间T细胞亚群功能指标及DTER存在明显差异 (p <0 .0 5 ) .结论 鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能低下 ,且随着病情进展而进一步降低 ,但与EB病毒血清学检测结果高低无关 ;与肺癌组相比 ,鼻咽癌者免疫功能可能更低 .
Objective To investigate the relationship between red blood cell immune function and T cell subsets, serological detection and clinical stage of EBV in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect changes in T cell subsets, and immunoenzymatic method was used to detect nasopharyngeal Changes of VCA-IgA and EA-IgA in cancer patients, erythrocyte C3b receptor garland (C3bRR), immune complex garland (ICR), and red blood cell trajectory (DTER) of red blood cells to detect red blood cell immunoadhesion function. Results 1 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma group Compared with the healthy control group, the red blood cell immune adhesion function and T cell subsets function index were significantly lower in the lung cancer group (p < 0.01); 2 Compared with the lung cancer group, DTER and CD4 were significantly decreased in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group. ICR significantly increased (p<0.05 or <0.01); 3 Epstein-Barr virus serological test results of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group showed no significant red blood cell immune adhesion function and T cell subsets between high and low titers. Functional changes (p>0.05);4 Significant differences in T-cell subsets function and DTER between stage II and IV, stage III and IV in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (p < 0.05). Conclusions Nasopharyngeal Red blood cell immune adhesion function and T cell subpopulation function in patients with cancer are low, and as the disease progresses Further reduction, but not related to the level of EB virus serological test; compared with lung cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer may be lower immune function.
