杭州市农村能源办公室在杭州市郊浮山养殖场,应用生物技术对农业资源实现深度开发和多层次利用的试验,建设一个以畜禽饲养、水产养殖、粮食生产、茶叶、莼菜、葡萄种植为基础,以沼气为纽带的城郊型生态农业系统。在该系统中,把种植业、养殖业和生物加工有机地结合起来,多层次循环利用资源,在为社会提供优质农、牧、渔、林等产品的同时,有效地改善了环境。由于建设了生态农业系统,浮山村农民的人均收入,从1987年的1221元,递增到1992年的2018元,使浮山村走上致富之路。
