我国实现工业化和现代化的进程中,矿业在相当长的时期内,都将是我国的基础性产业。矿业生产的各个环节需要不同的技术支撑,而掌握这些技术的人才构成了矿业企业的人才队伍,人才队伍的合理配置与使用,对矿业企业的可持续发展具有重要的作用。目前我国矿业发展迅速,人才培养远远不能满足企业对人才的需求,矿业企业人才结构层次不合理,制约了企业的发展,也严重限制了技术水平的提高。各种规模的矿业企业采用不同的措施缓解人才短缺的问题,起到了一定的作用,但全社会提高矿业科技意识,加强矿业人才培养才是根本解决问题的有效措施。
In the process of realizing industrialization and modernization in our country, mining industry will be the basic industry of our country for a long period of time. All aspects of mining production require different technical support, and the masters of these technologies constitute the talent pool of mining enterprises, the rational allocation of personnel and use of mining enterprises plays an important role in the sustainable development. At present, China’s rapid development of mining industry, talent training far can not meet the business needs of personnel, mining enterprises personnel structure level unreasonable, restricting the development of enterprises, but also severely limits the improvement of technical level. All kinds of mining enterprises have taken different measures to alleviate the shortage of talents and played a certain role. However, raising the awareness of science and technology in mining and enhancing talent cultivation in mining industry is an effective measure to solve the problem fundamentally.
