我厂设计了一个车拖拉机阻油圈用的夹具,经实际使用证明,不但能够提高生产效率,而且能保证产品质量。夹具的构造很简单。1是夹具体,跟车床主转的锥孔相配,并用长螺杆拉紧。2是校正套,内孔跟夹具体1的外圆和阻油圈外圆滑配。3是定位销,固定在夹具体1上。4是快换垫圈。5是蝶形螺帽。工作时,先拉出校正套2;然后把工件装在校正套2的内孔中;装上快换垫圈4,最后拧紧蝶形螺帽5,工件就被垫圈紧压在夹具体1
Our factory designed a cart tractor grease ring fixture, the actual use of that not only can improve production efficiency, but also to ensure product quality. The structure of the fixture is simple. 1 is the clamp body, matched with the main turning cone of lathe, and tightened with long screw. 2 is a correction sleeve, the hole with the clamp body 1 and the outer circle of the oil ring slide with. 3 is a positioning pin, fixed on the clamp body 1. 4 is a quick change washer. 5 is a butterfly nut. Work, the first pull out the calibration sleeve 2; and then the workpiece installed in the calibration sleeve 2 bore; installed quick change washer 4, and finally tighten the butterfly nut 5, the workpiece was washer pressed on the clamp body 1
