加拿大普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)栽培品种Roblin对叶锈病(Puccinia recondita Rob.ex.Desm.)和秆锈病(Puccinia graminis Pers.f.sp.tritici Eriks和E.Hemn.)均具有抗性。用Roblin同叶锈病易感品种Thatcher及秆锈病易感品系RL6071进行杂交以研究这种抗性的遗传。从每一杂交组合中随机选出一套F_6品系。在大田锈病圃中随机种植该品系及其亲本,再用叶锈病和秆锈病分离混合物进行人工接种并鉴定锈病反应。用叶锈病和秆锈病专化小种对同样的材料进行了接种试验。结果表明,Roblin携带有抗叶锈病的基因Lr1、Lr10、Lr13、Lr34和抗秆锈病的基因Sr5、Sr96、St11。另外,Roblin也可能携有Sr7a和Sr12。在Thatcher背景下.Lr34的存在有助于提高对秆锈病的抗性;Roblin也同样有这种情况。
Roblin, a cultivar of Triticum aestivum L., was resistant to both Puccinia recondita Rob.ex.Desm. And Puccinia graminis Pers.f.sp. tritici Eriks and E.Hemn. The inheritance of this resistance was studied by crossing with Rob that is susceptible to leaf rust susceptibility Thatcher and stem rust susceptibility strain RL6071. A random F_6 line was selected from each cross combination. The line and its parents were randomly planted in a field of rusty nursery and then the mixture was isolated by leaf rust and stem rust for artificial inoculation and the rust reaction was identified. The same materials were inoculated with the leaflet rust and stem rust special races. The results showed that Roblin carries the leaf rust resistance genes Lr1, Lr10, Lr13, Lr34 and the stem rust resistant genes Sr5, Sr96 and St11. In addition, Roblin may also carry Sr7a and Sr12. Under the Thatcher background, the presence of Lr34 contributes to increased resistance to stem rust; the same is true for Roblin.
