农村基层组织人员是经农村区域的一些列带有公共性质和公益性质的工作处理得当,全面改善农民的经济水平,从而更好的把控农村社会稳定的主心骨,是建设社会主义新农村的基层领导班子。然而,近些年,一些农村基层组织人员,却无视法律,不思进取,在带领农民奔小康的路上走上了违法犯罪之路,成为影响农村社会稳定的重要因素之一。针对这种情况,笔者对该县近五年农村基层组织人员犯罪情况作了详细的调查并分析其主要发案原因及预防对策。
