阐述了亚临界自然循环与控制循环的水动力特点 ,列出了下降管有效压头、运动压头与阻力之间的关系式 ,实际与理论循环倍率 ,过冷度等数学表达式 ,并阐明了校核两种循环方式水冷壁可靠性 (膜态沸腾 )的准则 (即干度裕量和DNB比 ) ,同时对哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司投运的典型的 6 0 0MW机组控制循环锅炉与 30 0MW机组两种循环方式的水循环特性作了详细比较 ,并提出了改进措施与开发6 0 0MW机组自然循环锅炉建议
The hydrodynamic characteristics of subcritical natural circulation and control cycle are expounded. The relationship between the effective pressure head, the pressure head and the resistance of the downcomer, the mathematical expressions of the actual and theoretical circulation rate and the degree of undercooling are also presented The criteria (ie dry margin and DNB ratio) of water circulation wall reliability (film boiling) of two kinds of circulation ways were checked. At the same time, a typical 600MW unit circulating fluidized bed boiler controlled by Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. The water cycle characteristics of two circulation ways of 30 0MW units are compared in detail, and some suggestions for improvement and development of 600 MW natural circulation boilers are put forward
