大泖港是黄浦江上游的三大支流之一,大泖港以及上游河道防洪工程现状堤防标准偏低,迫切需要实施河道防洪工程,提高太湖流域杭嘉湖地区洪水下泄能力,确保流域与区域防洪除涝安全。本文利用河网水动力数学模型,对太湖流域大泖港及上游河道防洪除涝能力进行分析研究,为防洪除涝工程规划建设提供科学依据。
Dachang Port is one of the three major tributaries of the upper reaches of Huangpu River. The status quo of Dachang Port and the upper reaches of the river is low. Therefore, it is urgent to implement river flood control projects to improve flood discharge capacity in the Hangjiahu area of the Taihu Lake basin so as to ensure flood prevention Waterlogging safety. In this paper, the hydrodynamic mathematical model of river network is used to analyze and study the flood control and waterlogging abilities of Dakang Harbor and the upper reaches of the Taihu Lake Basin, which provides a scientific basis for flood control and waterlogging project planning and construction.
