目的总结Er:YAG激光在种植二期手术中的护理观察与经验。方法 96例需进行单颗种植修复的二期手术患者,随机分为A组与B组,每组48例。A组种植二期手术采用Er:YAG激光后放置愈合基台,B组种植二期手术采用常规切开缝合后放置愈合基台。观察比较两组患者二期手术所需时间及对二期手术的护理服务满意度。结果 A组患者二期手术所需时间为(29.56±5.78)min,显著少于B组的(32.43±7.34)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者对二期手术的护理服务满意度明显优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Er:YAG激光在种植二期手术中护理技术娴熟,缩短手术治疗时间,术前心理护理通过改善患者不良情绪,以提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To summarize the nursing observation and experience of Er: YAG laser in the second stage of operation. Methods A total of 96 patients with stage II surgery requiring single implant repair were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 48 cases in each group. A group of the second planting surgery with Er: YAG laser heal the abutment, the second group of planting operation B after surgery to place a conventional incision healing heel abutment. Two groups of patients were observed and compared the time required for the operation and care satisfaction of the second phase of surgery. Results The time required for the second stage operation in group A was (29.56 ± 5.78) min, which was significantly lower than that in group B (32.43 ± 7.34) min, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Patients in group A were more satisfied with the nursing service of stage two than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Er: YAG laser can be used in the second stage of surgery to improve the care satisfaction of patients. The preoperative psychological nursing can improve the patients’ satisfaction by improving the bad mood of the patients.
