据1991年10月底的统计,厦门市共批准外商投资企业489家,投资总额11.41亿美,其中台商投资合同金额10.44亿美元,台商投资企业数占厦门持区十年批准兴办外商投资企业总数的42.41％;台商投资额占厦门特区10年吸收外商投资合同总金额的42.1％。已建成投产的台资企业200多家,实际投入使用的台资达3亿多美元。台商在厦门特区的投资90％以上为生产型企业,结构比较合理,投资形式以独资为主,台商独资企业占全市台商投资企业的70％以上。许多企业合同投资期都在20年以上,最长达70年。由于不少企业部取得了良好的效益,所以台资
According to the statistics of the end of October 1991, Xiamen City approved a total of 489 foreign-invested enterprises with a total investment of 1.141 billion U.S. dollars, of which, the investment contract amount of Taiwanese businessmen was 1.044 billion U.S. dollars and the number of Taiwan-invested enterprises accounted for 10 years in Xiamen. The total number of foreign-funded enterprises approved 42.41% of the total; the amount of Taiwanese investment accounted for 42.1% of the total amount of foreign investment contracts absorbed by Xiamen in the past 10 years. More than 200 Taiwanese-funded enterprises have been completed and put into operation, with an actual investment of more than 300 million U.S. dollars. More than 90% of the investment made by Taiwanese businessmen in the Xiamen Special Economic Zone is a production-oriented enterprise with a reasonable structure and sole proprietorship as the sole form of investment. Taiwan-owned enterprises account for over 70% of all Taiwanese-invested enterprises in the city. Many companies contract investment period of more than 20 years, up to 70 years. As many enterprises have achieved good results, so Taiwan-funded
