目的探讨神经传导速度在脑卒中瘫痪肢体功能恢复中的临床变化。方法选择脑卒中偏瘫经康复治疗的22例患者,未经康复治疗的对照组22患者,运用神经传导速度分析肢体功能恢复过程中治疗组与对照组的神经传导速度的参数变化。结果脑卒中患者康复组和对照组神经传导速度的数值比较临床有明显的差异。结论神经传导速度是脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复评价中一个比较明确的神经电生理指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical changes of nerve conduction velocity in functional recovery of limbs with paralyzed stroke. Methods Twenty-two patients with stroke hemiplegia who were treated by rehabilitation and 22 patients without rehabilitation were analyzed with nerve conduction velocity to analyze the change of nerve conduction velocity in treatment group and control group during limb functional recovery. Results The values of nerve conduction velocity in rehabilitation group and control group were significantly different in patients with stroke. Conclusion Nerve conduction velocity is a relatively clear neuroelectrophysiological indicator in the early rehabilitation evaluation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
