社区管理与服务专业培养出的人才专业性较强,主要服务于社区管理工作,但是就目前我国高校该专业的开设情况来看,实验教学形势不容乐观,存在专业设置混乱、课程设置不合理、培养目标不明确等一系列问题,不利于该专业人才的培养,因此社区管理与服务专业实验教学的改革势在必行。本文首先分析了社区管理与服务专业实验教学改革的重要性,之后探讨了实验教学现状及存在的问题,最后对于实验教学的改革创新提出了几点建议。
Community management and service professionals to develop a more professional talent, mainly to serve the community management, but the current situation of the establishment of colleges and universities in China, the experimental teaching situation is not optimistic, there are professional settings confusion, the course set unreasonable, Training objectives is not clear and a series of issues, is not conducive to the cultivation of professionals, community management and professional services experimental teaching reform is imperative. This article first analyzes the importance of experimental teaching reform in community management and service specialty, and then discusses the status quo and existing problems of experimental teaching. Finally, I put forward some suggestions on the reform and innovation of experimental teaching.
