目的:观察清宫胶囊对药物不全流产大鼠子宫组织匀浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:将早孕雌性大鼠50只随机分成正常妊娠组、模型对照组、益母草颗粒冲剂组、清宫胶囊低、高剂量组,采用米非司酮和米索前列醇造成流产模型后,分别ig生理盐水、益母草颗粒混悬液(14 g.kg-1.d-1),清宫胶囊内容物混悬液(1.9,3.8 g.kg-1.d-1),连续7 d,用放射免疫法(RIA)检测和比较药物流产后各组大鼠子宫匀浆中ET含量,观察清宫胶囊对药物流产后子宫出血的作用;显微镜下观察子宫、宫腔残留组织情况。结果:清宫胶囊可促进药流后宫腔内胚囊和残留组织的排出;清宫胶囊组子宫组织匀浆中ET含量明显高于对照组。结论:清宫胶囊治疗药流后阴道出血的作用机制可能是通过升高大鼠子宫组织匀浆中ET水平,加快了子宫内膜、子宫肌组织及血管的收缩修复,达到止血、促进子宫复旧的目的。
Objective: To observe the effect of QingGong capsule on endothelin (ET) in uterine homogenate of incomplete abortion in rats. Methods: Fifty pregnant female rats were randomly divided into normal pregnancy group, model control group, motherwort granules granule group and Qinggong capsule low and high dose groups. After abortion model was induced by mifepristone and misoprostol, (14 g · kg-1.d-1) and Qinggong Capsule contents suspension (1.9,3.8 g · kg-1.d-1) for 7 consecutive days by radioimmunoassay (RIA) to detect and compare the ET content of uterine homogenates of rats after abortion, observe the effect of Qinggong Capsules on uterine bleeding after medical abortion, and observe the residual tissue in uterus and uterine cavity under microscope. Results: Qinggong Capsule can promote the discharge of intrauterine embryo sac and residual tissue after drug abortion. The ET content of uterine tissue of Qinggong Capsule group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The mechanism of Qinggong Capsule in treating vaginal bleeding after medical abortion may be through accelerating the endometrial, uterine muscle tissue and vascular contraction and repair by raising the level of ET in rat uterine homogenate to achieve the goal of stopping bleeding and promoting uterine involution.
