日前,国务院办公厅下发《关于印发政务信息系统整合共享实施方案的通知》(以下简称“《通知》”),决定在2017年7月底前,全国政务信息共享网站将正式开通上线,实现政府部门间跨地区、跨层级的信用、招投标、社保等数据信息共享与业务协同应用。自2015年以来,国家就不断加强社保联网建设。今年年初,人社部进一步明确,将在年底基本实现全国社保一卡通。而《通知》发布后,业内人士认为,社保全国联网后意味着建造师证书挂靠将彻底终结。
