一、问题的提出原油电脱水罐的界面测量一直是我厂存在的老大难问题.曾应用ZF—2自动放水仪,由于存在电极污染问题而不能使放水仪发挥应有的作用.虽几经到外地学习,改进安装方法,也未能解决问题.因此我们在采用自制“气动力平衡式沉筒界面计”测量减压塔顶面流罐,常压塔顶面流罐以及柴油精制等容器的油水界面取得成功的情况下,决定采用同样的方法在原油脱水罐上试一试.
