各市、县、自治县党委和人民政府,省委各部门.省级国家机关各部门,各人民团体,各大专院校:为了认真贯彻落实党的十六大精神,进一步提高我省各级领导干部电子政务知识水平,强化运用信息技术与资源的能力,根据中央和我省2001—2005年干部教育培训规划以及中组部、人事部、国务院信息化工作办《关于开展信息化与电子政务培训的通知》(组通字(2003]1号)、《中共海南省委、海南省人民政府关于加快推进信息智能岛建设的意见》(琼发[2001]1号)等文件精神,省委、省政府决定开展领导干部电子政务知识培训。现将有关事项通知如下:一、培训目的通过培训,帮助领导干部明确电子政务的基本概念,了解国内外电子政务建设情况,掌握计算机的基本操作技能,提高信息技术的应用水平,进一步推进我省电子政务建设。
