电镜观察了8例 EB 病毒转化的糖尿病患者 B 淋巴细胞株和2例正常人 B 淋巴细胞。见糖尿病 B 淋巴细胞株的细胞与 PHA 刺激转化的淋巴母细胞以及 EB 病毒引起的 Burkitt 淋巴瘤细胞明显不同.而与文献报道的携带 EB 病毒的二倍体 B 淋巴细胞类似。但糖尿病 B 淋巴细胞株的细胞明显呈多形性.而且分裂增殖和运动更活跃,并具有吞噬活性.
Electron microscopy of eight cases of Epstein-Barr virus transformation of B lymphocytes and two cases of normal B lymphocytes. Cells that are found in the diabetic B lymphocyte strain are significantly different from those induced by PHA-stimulated transformation of lymphoblastoid cells and EBV-infected Burkitt lymphoma cells, similar to the diploid B lymphocytes that have been reported in the literature. However, the cells of the diabetic B lymphocyte line were markedly pleomorphic, more active in division and proliferation, and had phagocytic activity.
