财富分配不公、贫富差距拉大已经成为困扰人类社会发展的一大顽疾。财富分配不公问题的成因形形色色,市场经济配置社会经济资源的某些缺陷是一个重要因素,而且这些缺陷往往难以通过市场机制的完善来克服。要从根本上解决财富分配不公问题,就必须借助于非市场机制,就必须借助于政府的适当干预,从而使社会财富分配满足时代的正义要求。财富分配不公既存在于一国之内,也存在于不同的国家之间。中国现代发展模式为弥补市场机制缺陷,解决国内和国际财富分配不公问题积累了丰富的治理经验。
The unfair distribution of wealth and the widening gap between the rich and the poor have become a major problem that plagued the development of human society. The causes of unfair distribution of wealth are all kinds of causes. Some defects of the market economy in allocating social and economic resources are an important factor, and these defects are often difficult to overcome through the perfection of the market mechanism. To fundamentally solve the problem of unfair distribution of wealth, we must resort to non-market mechanisms, we must resort to appropriate government intervention, so that the distribution of social wealth to meet the justice requirements of the times. Unfair wealth distribution exists both within one country and between different countries. China’s modern development model has accumulated rich experience in governance in order to make up for the deficiencies in the market mechanism and to solve the problem of unfair distribution of wealth both domestically and internationally.
