在毛主席的革命路线指引下,为了适应住宅建设飞跃发展的新形势,发展新型轻质墙体材料,我们于1975年开始了排烟脱硫石膏板的试验研究,制成了以工业废渣电厂排烟脱硫石膏为主要原料的轻质材料——2650×800×12毫米化学石膏板。采用石油为燃料的电厂,在燃烧过程中,大量的二氧化硫(S0_2)从烟囱排出,污染空气。采用“石灰石—石膏法”脱硫,即用石灰石浆料洗涤烟气,以脱除二氧化硫。脱硫效率达80~85%,排出废渣的数量也相当多,它的主要成份是二水硫酸钙
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary route, in order to adapt to the leap-forward development of residential construction and to develop new lightweight wall materials, we started the experimental study of flue gas desulphurization and gypsum board in 1975 and made an industrial waste slag power station row. Desulfurized gypsum is the main raw material of lightweight materials - 2650 × 800 × 12 mm chemical gypsum board. In an oil-fired power plant, a large amount of sulphur dioxide (S0_2) is emitted from the chimney during combustion, polluting the air. The “limestone-gypsum” desulfurization method is used to wash the flue gas with limestone slurry to remove sulfur dioxide. The desulfurization efficiency reaches 80-85%, and the amount of discharged waste residue is also quite large. Its main ingredient is calcium sulfate dihydrate.
