人教版高中《中国近代现代史》关于第一次国共合作有这样一句话:“宣言接受了中国共产党反帝反封建的主张,重新解释了三民主义,把旧三民主义发展为新三民主义,以适应时代潮流的精神。这在实际上确定了‘联俄、联共、扶助农工’的三大政策。”其中“实际”二字作何理解?能否去掉呢?解决这个问题,有助于进一步理解新三民主义之进步性,理解它与三大政策的关系。
