目的了解社区居民艾滋病知识知晓情况,探索在社区开展艾滋病综合防治的工作重心和有效方法。方法选择座落在城区内的太平一社区、雨花亭社区、友爱里社区中常住居民,随机各抽取1500名共4500名为调查对象,现场面对面进行问卷调查。结果社区居民艾滋病防治知识平均知晓率78.16%,对待HIV/AIDS的态度正确率51.75%,获得艾滋病知识信息的主要来源是免费宣传材料,其次是宣传广告栏和电视。结论社区居民艾滋病知识知晓率总体处于偏低水平;在社区长期、连续开展形式多样的艾滋病防治知识宣传是遏制艾滋病在社区流行的有效方法,是社区开展艾滋病综合防治工作的重心。
Objective To understand the AIDS awareness among community residents and to explore the focus and effective methods of AIDS prevention and control in the community. Methods A total of 1,500 4500 people were selected randomly from 1 Taiping community, Yuhuating community and alumni community in the urban area. The questionnaires were interviewed on site. Results The average awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention among community residents was 78.16%. The correct attitude towards HIV / AIDS was 51.75%. The main sources of HIV / AIDS knowledge information were free publicity material, followed by advertising billboards and television. Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among community residents is generally at a low level. It is an effective way to curb the HIV / AIDS epidemic in the community by carrying out a variety of HIV / AIDS prevention and information publicity programs in the community in the long run. It is also the focus of HIV / AIDS prevention and control in communities.
