用尿素注入家兔心包腔做成人工心包炎模型。于术前和术后1、4、7、10、15d6次采血观察谷草转氨酶(GOT)、乳酸脱氢酶同功酶(LDH1)、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)3种酶的活力变化,发现CK-MB在术后第一天比术前升高3.7倍,持续10d开始下降。GOT和LDH1上升较慢,高峰在术后第四天,升高幅度是术前的3.08倍和1.6倍。作者认为:血清酶活力的这些变化可能对诊断心包炎有一定价值。
Urea injection into rabbit pericardial cavity to make artificial pericarditis model. The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (GOT), lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme (LDH1), and creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) were determined at 6, 7, 10, The results showed that CK-MB increased 3.7 times on the first postoperative day compared with that before operation, and continued to decrease 10 days later. GOT and LDH1 increased slowly, with the peak rising 3.08 times and 1.6 times higher on the fourth day after surgery. The authors suggest that these changes in serum enzyme activity may have some value in the diagnosis of pericarditis.
