[目的]了解十堰地区手足口病的流行状况与病原分布,探求该市手足口病的流行特征与防控对策。[方法]分析该市2008年手足口病临床诊断病例的报告资料;收集全市134例手足口病病例的疱疹液或咽拭子标本162份,提取病毒RNA,进行核酸检测分型。[结果]手足口病全年在该市各县市区均出现不同程度的流行,时间以5~7月为主;年龄以4岁以下散居或幼托儿童为主;病原以EV71和CoxA16为主,部分地区仅以EV71为主。疱疹标本明显高于咽拭标本的检出率。[结论]手足口病全年均可在该市各地流行,病原以EV71和CoxA16为主,5~7月份尤其要加强对全市托幼机构手足口病的防控;疱疹液和咽拭子标本在手足口病疫情的监测中具有采集方便快捷、检出率较高的优点,标本采集应优先考虑疱疹液,防控时要谨防经接触病人皮肤、黏膜泡疹液而感染。
[Objective] To understand the prevalence and pathogen distribution of HFMD in Shiyan and explore the epidemiological characteristics and prevention and control measures of HFMD in this city. [Method] The reported data of clinical diagnosis of hand, foot and mouth disease in 2008 were collected. 162 samples of herpes simplex and throat swab in 134 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in the city were collected, and the viral RNA was extracted for nucleic acid detection and typing. [Results] Hand, foot and mouth disease all occurred in different degrees throughout the year in cities and counties in the city. The time was mainly from May to July. The age was dominated by diaspora or childcare under 4 years old. The pathogen was EV71 and CoxA16 Lord, in some areas only EV71-based. Herpes specimens were significantly higher than the detection rate of pharyngeal swab specimens. [Conclusion] Hand-foot-mouth disease can be endemic throughout the year in all of the cities. The pathogen is mainly EV71 and CoxA16. From May to July, prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in kindergarten should be strengthened in particular. Herpes fluid and throat swab specimens In the monitoring of hand, foot and mouth disease epidemic has the advantages of quick and convenient collection, the detection rate is higher, the specimen collection should give priority to herpes fluid, prevention and control to be protected from contact with the skin of patients, mucous membranes and herpes fluid infection.
