我厂从上海日用电机厂购进的M—2型预磨机,虽有两个抛光盘,但都只能用于砂纸粗磨,不能进行精磨抛光。在我厂设备短缺,资金不足的情况下,为了满足生产的需要,我们将它进行了改进,改进后的M—2型预磨机,不仅可以用于砂纸粗磨,而且还能进行精磨抛光,达到了一机两用的目的,既提高了设备利用率,又解决了工厂的暂时困难。 具体做法如下: 将一抛光盘取下,见a图,R_1=115mm,R_2=100mm。用线切割方法,将整体抛光盘分割成两部分,一圆环如b图,一圆盘如c图。圆盘半径仍为R_2=100mm。圆环外半径仍为R_1=115mm,车圆环内径,使圆环内半径R_3=R_2+抛光织物厚度。 当需精抛光时,将抛光织物用圆环压入圆盘内,即可进行精抛光。
