尿道损伤在泌尿系统损伤中最为常见,因损伤部位及损伤程度不同,处理方法有别,效果亦各不相同,临床医师应对这种损伤加以正确认识,以利处理。现将我院收治的尿道损伤103例的临床资料报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组均为男性,年龄7～70岁,平均年龄40.7岁;挤压伤38例,骑跨伤27例,车撞伤25例,其它原因损伤13例。根据国内损伤程度分类标准,前尿道损伤53例,其中一类损伤12
