据法刊《白煤》1989年第6期报道,西班牙从现在起至2000年可能有500座小型水电站动工,其总投资额将为2000亿比塞塔,相当于100亿法朗。
According to the law publication “White Coal” No. 6, 1989, Spain may start construction of 500 small hydropower stations from now until 2000 with a total investment of 200 billion pesetas, equivalent to 10 billion francs.
