我国水资源量占世界水资源总量的8%,但要维持占世界人口总数21.5%的人类活动。除人均水资源少外,我国人口、耕地和水资源分布不均衡。用水结构中,产值低的农业耗水过大,使我国水资源形势十分严峻。化工用水和污水的排放,是水资源科学利用的一个重要话题,化工生产不仅要使用大量水资源,同时排放的废水对环境特别是水的污染更是无法估量。因此,合理用水和减少废水排放是节约用水的有机组成部分。
China’s water resources account for 8% of the world’s total water resources, but human activities, which account for 21.5% of the world’s population, should be maintained. Except for a small amount of water per capita, China’s population, cultivated land and water resources are not evenly distributed. Water structure, low output value of agricultural water consumption is too large, so that the situation of water resources in our country is very serious. The discharge of chemical water and sewage is an important topic for the scientific utilization of water resources. Chemical production not only requires the use of large amounts of water resources, but also the discharge of waste water on the environment, especially water pollution is immeasurable. Therefore, the rational use of water and reduce waste water discharge is an organic part of water conservation.
