随着激素、引诱、不育等防治新技术和抗性、毒理等研究工作的进展,棉红铃虫Pectino-phora gossypiella(Saunders)人工饲养技术急需研究改进。本文根据陆伊文等介绍的化了饲养程序。改进后的饲料配方使幼虫成活率稳定在81%以上(原配方成活率30-65%)。幼虫历期15.7±2.1天比原配方30.21±9.31天缩短14天,而且发育整齐。蛹重16.4毫克比原配方13.03毫克/头增加30%以上。此幼虫历期和蛹重介于自然食铃、食蕾幼虫发育历期和蛹重之间,已为抗虫鉴定、抗药性测定等试验提供了成批材料。
