目前的职高学生一般都是中考落榜的学生,他们的英语基础普遍较差,又没有良好的英语学习习惯,导致课堂教学效率偏低,很多时候课堂是教师的舞台,学生仅仅是台下的观众。所以作为教师,不能停留在抱怨和叹息的状态下,应该尽快地适应形势,调整自己的思路,摸索出行之有效的新方法和新策略,使我们的教学工作能够顺利完成,以便实现“以就业为导向”的职业教育英语教学目标。综上所述,我结合多年的教学经验,从自身的教学方法出发来浅谈如何提高职高英语的教学效率,以便使学生在英语学习上能够有所提高。
The current vocational high school students are generally students who fail the exam. Their English foundation is generally poor and they do not have good English learning habits. This results in low classroom teaching efficiency. In many cases, the classroom is the stage for teachers, and the students are mere audiences. . Therefore, as teachers, we should not stay in a state of grievances and sighs. We should adapt to the situation as soon as possible, adjust our own thinking, and explore new effective methods and strategies so that our teaching work can be successfully completed in order to achieve “Employment-oriented” vocational education English teaching goals. To sum up, I combine many years of teaching experience, starting from my own teaching methods to improve the teaching efficiency of vocational high school English so that students can improve their English learning.
