任何组织、任何群体都需要凝聚力,都需要团队精神。团队精神使各个成员齐心协力,拧成一股绳,朝着一个目标努力。如果说,个人能力是推动团队工作的纵向动力,团队精神就是横向动力。团队的特点是:在一个团队中,不仅要强调个人的工作成果,更注重强调团队的整体业绩。一个优秀的团队,通过凝聚合力,大于各个个人的工作成果之和,也就是我们常说的“1+1大于2”。从这个意义上讲,我们整个教育局就应该算是一个大的团队,每个科室应该算是一个小团队。我们要进一步发挥工作潜能,创造更高的工作价值,需要进一步凝聚合力,打造一流团队。
Any organization, any group needs cohesion, all need teamwork. Teamwork so that all members work together, twisted into a rope, toward a goal. If you say that personal ability is to promote the work of the team vertical force, team spirit is the horizontal momentum. The team is characterized by: In a team, not only to emphasize the individual’s work, but also focus on the overall performance of the team. A good team, through the cohesion, is greater than the sum of the individual work results, which is what we often say “1 + 1 is greater than 2 ”. In this sense, we throughout the Education Bureau should be considered a large team, each department should be considered a small team. We need to further develop our work potential and create higher work values. We need to further unite our efforts and create a first-class team.
