作者从34例育龄妇女(15～44岁)的恶性高血压中发现,11例发病时正在口服避孕药。其服药前血压皆正常。4例在服药4个月内发病。最常服用的制剂含雌激素50μg或以上(8例),其次为含雌激素30μg(2例),1例口服雌激素丸剂20μg8周后发病。服用的制剂中,除含有雌激素外,还含有下列4种不同的孕激素,即炔诺酮、Levonorgestrel、炔雌烯醇和炔诺醇。服避孕药的11例恶性高血压患者,最初血压233±25/149±13mmHg,最初血清肌
The authors found that 34 cases of women of childbearing age (15 to 44 years old) found in the high blood pressure, 11 cases of oral contraceptives. The medication before the blood pressure are normal. 4 cases took medication within 4 months of onset. The most commonly used preparations containing estrogen 50μg or more (8 cases), followed by containing estrogen 30μg (2 cases), 1 case of oral estrogen 20μg 8 weeks after the onset.
