局部渗碳是我們經常遇到的工作。在沒有镀銅設备的情况下,一般都是采用加大加工余量的方法,把零件不需要渗碳部分也渗上碳,然后再把它去掉;这样就很費材料,很費工时了。既使采用镀銅方法来避免不需要渗碳部分渗上碳,由于这种方法操作复杂,設备費用高,所以增加了渗碳成本。采用膏剂进行局部渗碳,可以完全克服这些缺点;
Local carburization is a job we often encounter.
