阮文杰,女,1953年10月生。中共党员。黑龙江省鸡西市人。1972年4月参加工作。1984年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学中文系, 后入黑龙江大学经济系硕士研究生班在职学习两年。曾任鸡东团县委组织部长、鸡西市委组织部科教科科长、鸡西市妇联副主席、鸡西市师范学校副校长;现任鸡西大学党委副书记、纪检书记。高级政工师。鸡西市政协第七届、八届政协常委,鸡西市第十二届人大代表。
