在不同pAg下制备氯化银乳剂,在一定浓度的溴化钾溶液下进行卤素转换。随着pAg的降低,卤素转换乳剂的感光度有所下降,反差系数则增长。实验证明转换反应属自动催化反应类型,并具有诱导阶段。当pAg在5.0—7.5范围内,反应级数均在3.0左右。而活化能为3.68×10~4—4.56×10~4J/mol。因此,pAg的变化对转换反应的动力学性质无明显影响。本文还研究了明胶含量对卤素转换过程的影响,随着明胶含量的增加,反应的阻碍作用增大,反应亦趋复杂。
Silver chloride emulsions were prepared at different pAg concentrations and halogen conversion was performed at a certain concentration of potassium bromide solution. With the decrease of pAg, the sensitivity of halogen conversion emulsion decreased, and the contrast coefficient increased. Experiments show that the conversion reaction is an autocatalytic reaction type and has an induction phase. When pAg is in the range of 5.0-7.5, the reaction order is about 3.0. While the activation energy is 3.68 × 10 ~ 4-4.56 × 10 ~ 4J / mol. Therefore, the change of pAg has no significant effect on the kinetic properties of the conversion reaction. The effect of gelatin content on the halogen conversion process was also studied. With the increase of gelatin content, the obstruction of reaction increased and the reaction became more complicated.
