教师工作是具有时代特点的,由于时代的变化,教师角色要顺应时代的需要就必须有所改变,而且鉴于高职英语教育的特点,高职英语教师要体现自己的学科特色,做好自己的角色定位,使得教师的角色更加丰满和有立体感,以促进高职英语教学的发展。为此,我对当前高职英语教师角色的现状进行了分析,旨在找到高职英语教师理想角色,促进高职英语教学。
The work of teachers is characterized by the times. Due to changes in the times, teachers’ roles must adapt to the needs of the times and must be changed. In view of the characteristics of higher vocational English education, English teachers in higher vocational colleges must demonstrate their own academic characteristics and do their own job. Role orientation makes the role of teachers more full and three-dimensional, so as to promote the development of higher vocational English teaching. To this end, I analyze the status quo of the current vocational English teacher’s role, in order to find the ideal role of English teachers in higher vocational education, and promote vocational English teaching.
