利用极轨气象卫星ＮＯＡＡ／ＡＶＨＲＲ第三通道探测值作为监测沙化土地和沙化程度的指标，经过一系列处理分析和统计，得到了研究区域内各盟市沙化面积及其沙化程度，并分析阐述了沙化土地的空间分布状况以及近些年来科尔沁沙地的变化与发展趋势。
