2012年是全球经济危机继续蔓延和深化的一年,各国都把调整经济结构作为应对危机的重点和目标。中国经济在内外因的共同作用下也进入了更自觉、更积极、更深刻的转方式、调结构、强素质、促持续的关键时期。在这样的全球性大转型过程中,各国经贸相互依存、相互影响的关系进一步增强,特别是在中国经济对世界经济的兴衰有着越来越重要影响的当下,中国经济的任何起落都会立刻刺激各国敏感的神经,引来赞誉或非议。因而,研究分析当前中国经济热点问题,不仅对自身正确研判经济形势、更好地作出决策具有重要价值,而且对客观解读中国经济、形成正面国际舆论导向具有积极意义。文章选取了2012年以来的国内主要经济热点问题,一共有十个方面,分别是:“稳增长”问题、扩大居民消费问题、居民消费物价指数(CPI)和粮食安全问题、《2012～2013全球竞争力报告》中国排名下降问题、中非合作问题、推迟退休和“老有所养”问题、中国企业“走出去”问题、诺贝尔奖与世界级顶尖人才问题、行业巨头跻身世界级企业问题、提升中国文化国际影响力问题。这十个方面问题,既不一定是最热的问题,更不会就是全部的热点问题,其主旨在于引发思考、提出对策并抛砖引玉。
2012 is the year in which the global economic crisis continues to spread and deepen. All countries regard adjusting their economic structure as the focus and target of the crisis. Under the combined action of internal and external reasons, the Chinese economy has also entered a crucial period of more self-reliance, more active and more profound mode of transformation, structural adjustment, strong quality and sustained promotion. In such a process of global transition, the interdependence and interaction of all countries in economy and trade have been further strengthened. Especially at the moment when the Chinese economy is having an increasingly important impact on the world economy, any ups and downs in China’s economy immediately stimulate all nations Sensitive nerves, attracted praise or criticism. Therefore, studying and analyzing current hot issues in China is of great value not only for correctly judging the economic situation and for making better decisions, but also for the objective interpretation of the Chinese economy and the formation of a positive international public opinion. The article selects the major domestic economic hot spots since 2012. There are ten aspects in total, which are: “steady growth”, expansion of resident consumption, consumer price index (CPI) and food security, 2013 Global Competitiveness Report, China’s Declining Ranks, China-Africa Cooperation, Postponement of Retirement, and “Going Concerted”, Chinese Enterprises’ “Going Out”, Nobel Prize, and World-class Top Talent Issues in the Industry Giant among the world-class enterprise issues, enhance the international influence of Chinese culture. These ten aspects are neither necessarily the hottest issue nor the hot issue of all. The main purpose of these ten issues is to stimulate thinking, propose countermeasures and start a discussion.
